Horsemanship for Health, based in Teignbridge, offer equine facilitated education and therapeutic horsemanship workshops, to promote lifelong learning and healthy personal development for people of diverse ages and social backgrounds.

In this free two-hour workshop, Belinda Seaward - author, philosophy teacher and social entrepreneur, will present true stories from her therapeutic and education work. She'll show how learning with horses can bring us home to our senses and connect us to a more joyful, open way of living.

This event is part of our Active Life Active Mind month which is a celebration of all the things libraries do to support health and wellbeing across Devon.

To book your place, please see a member of staff at the front desk or give us a call on 01392 384012. Booking is essential.
